Xylitylglucoside helps to moisturize and restructure the skin by increasing the skin’s dermal water reservoirs and skin barrier function. Its natural sugar compounds help to stimulate the production of Hyaluronic Acid in the skin, which adds extra hydration and suppleness to the skin, making it appear smoother and plumped.
Camellia japonica contains lipids that have excellent emollient, moisturizing properties. The Omega-6 fatty acids present in Camellia Japonica extracts are ideal for boosting skin-hydration, thus reducing the appearance of premature fine, dry lines. Using Camellia japonica for skin care purposes provides antioxidant protection that helps to neutralize damaging free-radicals that are constantly present throughout the environment.
Niacinamide (vitamin B3) restores the skin and improves uneven skin tone, working to put life back into dull, tired skin. Niacinamide can also help with redness and to soothe irritated skin.
Antarcticine helps skin retain water; increasing hydration and preventing dryness, promotes regeneration of tissue for faster healing of wounds, increases production of collagen and elastin which means smoother skin and a reduction in fine lines and wrinkles.
How to use
- After washing and toning, first apply the upper part of the mask on your face and fix it around the ears.
- Gently cover the jaws with the bottom part, pull it up and fix around the ears as well. (Watch the video above)
- Leave it on for 10-20 minutes and remove.*
- Gently pat in any remaining essence until fully absorbed.
* We at Mistetic strongly recommend not to leave the cotton/tencel type masks longer than 10-20 minutes. The reason is that these types of masks tend to start absorbing the once given moisture back from your skin. Keep in mind, that you should remove the sheet mask once you start feeling that the mask is kind of beginning to dry on your skin.

It did not feel uncomfortable, the amount of tightness was just nice. Adherence was great thanks to the double ear loops. If this were a regularly shaped sheet mask, I wouldn’t expect it to stay on this well. I had this on for 30 mins, it was still a little damp.
There were lots of essence left to pat in. It took quite awhile for it to dry down to a dewy and tacky finish.
My skin felt very hydrated and soothed. It would feel too heavy for day time, so I would recommend this for night use. This is also not suitable for oily skin types. Source
