Shipping orders

Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or duties and fees mandated by customs (Customs $ value will be annotated as the full value of all products – discounts and delivery fees are not considered in the customs total value).

  • Customers are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, and customs clearance charges required by the country for importing consumer goods.
  • If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be issued a refund, excluding the shipping fee.
  • We do not assume responsibility for submitting incorrect or incomplete addresses when an order is placed.
  • If a customer submits an incomplete address, the customer will be contacted by e-mail. If the customer does not respond within 10 working days, the order will be canceled, and the payment will be refunded to the customer’s PayPal account.
  • International orders may take approximately 2-15 business days or more for delivery, depending on the respective country’s customs and postal processes.
  • Orders are shipped twice a week – every Monday and Friday and require at least 2 days of internal processing before shipping out. It may take longer if an item is out of stock.

Refund policy

Eligible for return items must be unused, placed back in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your item and decide on approval or rejection of your refund.

After you are approved, your refund will be processed by the original payment method within 5 working days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Only defective or damaged items can be replaced. Inform us by email if you need to exchange it for the same item.

Returns

Returns are accepted in new (unopened) condition within 30 days after purchase date. (Return window is 30 days.)

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item(s) over $100, you should use a trackable shipping service or include shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Product Expiry Information

We provide the product expiration information upon a customer’s timely request. We do not bear any responsibility and cannot guarantee that the product does not expire during the shipping/transportation/delivery by a third party.
